I'm not going to use deodex.zip on 5.0.2 (which has beene stated that it is not required for this version). I want to use it on 4.4.4.

Adfree is not a module or plug-in. It is an Apps, http://adfree.bigtincan.com/, which can be run on most Android version. I have it run on Nexus 7 2012 various Android versions beforehand.

Back to the original question, I will check the /system/etc/hosts firstly as well as the permission.

原來如此，不過抱歉了，我現在沒法做4.4.4的deodex，因為之前已經公告要請各位自行備份了。

你可以參考這個自行製作

雖然這只是很基礎的調整，但我想你也應該只需要基礎的deodex即可。
