6. Uncheck all the Include options [ ], we don't need them, we will flash them with Flashtool after the update. I think it's still safer to flash kernel, baseband, boot and other system critical parts of the firmware from Flashtool.
I just did the different way ... i selected all Include options in this step. Also added FTF downloaded and converted with Flashtool and SuperSU zip.
This way i was created prerooted rom. Flashed with recovery and without reboot flashed recovery.
This way.. all works - - sys - RW even Noise cancelling. Also this way you dont need to flash anything after with Flashtool.
