I bring my mobile I9070 to repair, it is under warranty, but Samsung HK wants to charge me over HKD1,000 cause they said my mobile is root, it is impossible, I never do that, I won't pay this unreasonable amount. The warranty is cheat. I am sooooo disappointed about that. My family are using your products many years. But now, I will not encourage my friends to use your products anymore.
