18號去購機，看到的規格不是內建記憶體 16 GB嗎?
結果回到家，打開看USB儲存裝置總空間卻只有11.5GB，
這是我這隻手機有問題嗎? 還是大家都這樣，
有大大能解答嗎??

For hard drive manufacture or common term: 1k = 1000
So, under your "software display", the 1k (1000) is about 1000/1024 = 0.9765625k.
