3.Do a Nandroid backup!

6.Optionally install the Google Addon
大致上就是ROOT你的手機並安裝CWM Recovery(play商店裡面有) -> 使用按三鍵的方式進入recovery -> 備份 -> 作WIPE ( wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition ) -> 使用CWM recovery安裝放在sdcard裡面的韌體 -> 安裝 Google套件
基本上照CM官方作法刷就可以了.
