In that case, you need to do a hard re-set. This will wipe all data from the phone and you will need to back up all information before doing re-set. This includes backing up pictures, videos, contacts etc. You can download a program called Samsung KIES from the Samsung website that allows you to do a back up. Once data is backed up, type the following code into your keypad: *2767*3855#
I thought so, didn't even bother trying, so I contact them again regarding still fail to work after hard reset, just waiting and see what they have to say.
