"As per my knowledge, there are no related settings to block you capture the mobile screen in all Office 365 applications. The only one possible cause is that your admin have set up the security policy for Andriod devices in your company to disable this feature from the Office 365 admin center or somewhere, since we have one option named "Block screen capture" in the Mobile Device Management (MDM). In this case, we strongly recommend you involve your admin to confirm it from their side.

所以我透過公司IT找到在Azure Active Directory裡面有一個Default MDM Security Group的群組，我被放裡面。移除後再同步一次APP原則就可以截圖了。
雖然不是所有的禁止截圖都是Microsoft 365造成的，不過可以透過刪除APP試試看，提供給大家參考。
