[Android] The way you close Multitasking depends on the model, so please refer to the manual or consult your mobile phone carrier/manufacturer.
[iOS] 1) Press the home button twice. 2) Press and hold any app at the bottom of screen. Apps will shake and show [-]. 3) Tap all the [-] in order to close the running apps. 4) Press the home button to get back to the home screen.
If you still have the same problem after doing the above, please turn off your device, and reboot the app again.
