...不過這裡有一點爭議是兩者使用的線上問答資料服務供應商都是同一家：Wolfram_Alpha

-> 這是講：滑動解鎖專利案 吳揆關注，這顯然是要透過對三星開戰，來驗證此專利的殺傷力...對於包括hTC在內的其他廠商，也是有一定威脅存在。

4.a word completion patent that provides major speed improvements for touchscreen text entry
-> 這是人工智慧輸入法...此專利主張的涵蓋是否能成功，我個人是存疑的
