Please follow the instructions to move your data now.
Dear Customer,
Thank you for being a Zone customer. We take pride in our services throughout the life of our products—and your Zone account is no exception.
As you may know, Symantec has decided to discontinue Zone secure file serving to focus on its core security strengths. Any Norton security you currently have will continue—just without Zone. Here are some important dates and the next steps you need to know:
After July 7, you will have limited access to your Zone Account.
Currently, you can still access the files in your account from any device—your computers, smartphones and tablets.
However, after July 7, you will only be able to do the following:
Access your files for another 30 days, but only from a computer (not a mobile device). This includes a PC/Mac Client and a Web browser.
Copy files out of Zone to another storage location
Note: You will not be able to perform any other functions, like sharing or creating public links.
On August 6, service to your Zone Account will be closed.
All files will be deleted permanently, and neither you or Symantec will be able to access them.
We recommend you start moving your data files now.
