我就算準備小朋友也沒用...
已經試探過了,Milestone才入手不到半年... 我家女皇不給敗...
而且現在降價降太多,不好賣!
想一想Android就是出在版本問題,
可惜iphone 4 有天線問題!
WM 在 WM6.5 ===> WM7 這段空窗期也會空很久,
要等系統穩定、等軟體備齊、等喜愛的機出現....
目前milestone只能將就用了...
要MOTO顧及到所有上市地區的產品太難了...美版的在台灣又不適用....
第三方ROM的資源也沒其他廠牌豐富...
以後不會再考慮MOTO了...以免重蹈覆轍...
唉~
希望有Flash可以上網看動漫(youtube資源太少)...
希望有 App to SD 可以瘋狂的灌大型Game (非官方版有穩定性及電量問題)...
希望有 JIT 可以不用靠超頻(非官方版有穩定性問題)....
如果沒有2.2這些「宅男的願望」都無法達成了...

首先恭喜貴公司Droid於今年第一季北美市占率優於IPhone以及Milestone帶給消費者良好的印象!
First, congratulations for your success of Droid, whose market share in US is higher than iPhone in the first quarter of 2010.
And Droid’s brother, Milestone, also makes good impression for customers outside USA.
貴公司具有里程碑式象徵意義的產品-Milestone,相對於貴公司較早期推出的同類產品,成功的帶給消費者前所未有的體驗,
Unlike its predecessors, Milestone, with its symbolic title, successfully brings customers unprecedented experiences of smart phone.
但令人惋惜的是:當消費者購入Milestone正以新機的心態享受MOTO帶來的驚奇時,MOTO官方卻以過時手機的處理態度來看待Milestone升級這件事!
However, while customers still enjoy those amazing user experiences from Motorola, your company treats the upgrade of Milestone as an outdated cell phone.
相較於與北美上市的Droid,有著與Milestone幾近相同的硬體,它和Milestone一樣過時,
卻能獲得官方的froyo升級,貴公司明顯的對於Milestone使用者有著差別待遇!
(就部份較晚上市地區而言Droid比Milestone更為過時許久,而隨後不久google即公佈了android 2.2)
Compared with Droid, which is similar to Milestone in hardware but launched earlier, it is obvious that Motorola treats Milestone’s users in an unfair way.
(In some region, the launch of Milestone is just before the announcement of Android 2.2. But Droid get the upgrade, Milestone doesn’t.)
「無法決定是否將Milestone升級2.2版」是否因Milestone銷售量不及Droid致使消費者難以獲得重視?
就此北美以外的消費者可以合理的質疑貴公司對區域性產品的態度,包括本地XT701的使用者也開始重視這點!
有XT701使用者要我傳達他們的憂慮,他們已經開始質疑「貴公司對待區域性產品的態度」,他們也擔心被MOTO忽視!
我們想知道,對於未來銷售成績較差地區的產品貴公司是否仍會以對待Milestone般的態度對待之(包括目前XT系列以及未來Droid系列等)?(希望貴公司對此問題做出回應)
Since the 2.2 upgrade plan of Droid has already been announced, We cannot understand why the decision of Milestone’s is still pending.
(Is Milestone been ignored because of its relatively poor sales volume? (compared to Droid)
Customers outside USA, such as users of Milestone and XT701, could rationally doubt your attitude toward regional products because they worry about been ignored.
In the nearly future, will Motorola’s products in poor sale region be treated as today’s Milestone and XT series ? (Hope Moto can response this issue)
在我的語言地區所涉及的網頁論談時常看到Milestone將升級froyo的消息,相信有不少購買Milestone的消費者受到這些消息的影響,
In Asia, Milestone’s 2.2 upgrade has been widely discussed, and many users believe their Milestone could be upgraded to 2.2.
這些消息極可能推論於貴公司官方網站發佈Milestone將可運行Flash的訊息,
This upgrade information may come from your website, which says Milestone will support Flash.
他們相信因為froyo所以Milestone能運行Flash,事實上若不升級Milestone至froyo,
People believe the only reason why flash could work on Milestone is the froyo (2.2) upgrade.
就目前而言以貴公司提供的系統環境似乎無法順利安裝運行目前Adobe官方提供的Flash版本,
或者已有解決方案?(希望貴公司對此問題做出回應)
Currently, milestone’s operation system, Android 2.1, seems not capable of running Flash which is officially provided by Adobe. (Or can you provide other solution ?)
由網路上可得知部份Milestone消費者是憤怒的,
也許他們認為將froyo的rom於Droid轉置到Milestone上,貴公司所釋出的誠意遠遠超出花費的成本!
Now, many users become angry since they heard Milestone’s 2.2 upgrade is not decided yet.
(Some may buy it because it can get a 2.2 upgrade.)
They think the cost to transfer ROM from Droid to Milestone is not that huge if you really care about this product.
也有部份消費者將Milestone視為貴公司於當地的「翻身之作」,預期貴公司會和消費者一樣重視Milestone!
也有可能是當網路上開始傳遞Milestone將可升級froyo的訊息時,貴公司未能於較早的時間點表達無法決定Milestone是否會升級的立場,
當然這一點得確是強人所難,但是如果貴公司當時能做到,也許現在不會存在這麼多的誤解。(可能有人為此買下Milestone)
Some users even think Milestone is your representative work and expect Motorola will treat it respectfully as its users.
Those misunderstandings could be avoided if Motorola didn’t make this ambiguous announcement or clearly declare whether Milestone will be upgraded.
期待Milestone升級froyo的消費者們,其中有一部份(像我一樣)希望藉由向貴公司傳達憤怒,
來促成貴公司的升級承諾,或者透過向週遭的人抱怨與建議購買其他品牌(像我一樣)來發洩不滿的情緒,
Customers with expectations, like me, hope to get Motorola’s upgrade commitment and express their furies by complaining Motorola and boycotting Moto’s products .
但這些都無法使Milestone更加完美,也無益於貴公司品牌形象及口碑 --- 雖然我們都知道再多無濟於事的行為都比不上貴公司明確的表示願意對Milestone進行froyo的升級!
We know those behaviors are unhelpful --- our anger cannot make Milestone better and it won’t improve Moto’s brand and public praise.
All we want is the froyo upgrade on Milestone. (Just like its brother, Droid.)
在此,強烈的期待貴公司發佈升級Milestone至froyo的消息!
最後,祝貴公司產品能持續給予消費者優質體驗,使消費者有持續支持貴公司的動力!
Therefore, we strongly expect to get your official announcement about 2.2 upgrade on Milestone.
It will give us a reason to keep using Motorola’s products.
At last, hope Motorola’s products can keep bringing customers excellent user experience.
費者一定不一樣,而敗入MILESTONE 或 XT701,相信當中的消費者,有一部分是從H牌跳過來的。
但是如今因為一支出來沒有很久,而雙胞胎兄弟可以升級,自己能不能升級,卻是個大問號的MILESTONE,
相信購買MILESTONE的消費者,一定很失望,很無奈的,而對於XT701的消費者,相信是一種"挫咧但"的心
情,MOTO如果真的做出不升級動作,相信大家對MOTO的印象,肯定是倒扣到負分了,消費者也是很現實的,
產品好、便宜、售後服務好,一定是最受消費者青睞的,反之,消費者在下次購買手機時,一定對評價不好
的產品有所顧忌跟猶豫的,所以這次MOTO要是不做升級動作,可能在DROID X 跟 DROID 2 這兩款賺完後,又
要被消費者打入冷宮,慢慢走回去被遺忘的品牌了~~~~~現在手機競爭激烈,硬體規格大家都可以出,
都可以做出高規格的旗艦機種,剩下的就是軟體作業系統上跟售後服務的比拼了,以前的手機龍頭,已經慘敗過一
次了,如果不知道反省,自我感覺繼續良好,一定會在嚐到失敗的~
PS 以上純屬個人看法,所以看看就好!! 當然,在還沒確定不升級前,一樣是可以期待的~~~
