那我的經驗是：
1.一般說法是用RSD刷http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1362956中的Branding: RETAIL en.03
Market Segment: ASIA Retail -- HKTW，不過我用RSD從沒成功過，都 FAIL掉..XD。
2.後來我把 SPYDERIRD_U.01.26.0_SPD-IRD-21_SIGN_ASIA_RETAIL_HKTW.xml.zip 中的檔案更名(如recovery_signed更名為recovery.img)、COPY到RAZR Utility相關目錄，取代 RAZR Utility Full的相關檔案後(就是檔名改成和RAZR Utility中的一樣)，用RAZR Utility中的Restore EU GSM XT910 RAZR to 651.73.30後，再
3.Recovery http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1534729Blur_Version.65.1.40.XT910.AsiaRetail.en.03.zip，就ok了。
RSD能成功最好，不行試試RAZR Utility Full 或http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1453660 的 EternityProject FlashIT for Windows。

(5) connect USB cable to PHONE and then connect to PC
(6) skip "PC Companion Software" prompt on device
