I’d like to personally thank you for your interest in making the new HTC One your next smartphone. The early response to this phone has been fantastic. We are seeing our strongest initial response for any smartphone we’ve ever designed with several hundred thousand people in the US pre-registering to purchase the new HTC One. We are honored and humbled by your enthusiasm. Thank you!

We’ve reinvented the entire process of smartphone production, and each new HTC One requires a total of 220 minutes – nearly four hours – to create. Our product development team has put their hearts and souls into the new HTC One, and I can tell you that after using this phone for the past few months, it is truly impressive. Those who have had the opportunity to use it have had similar reactions. Early reports from press have also been fantastic.
We know you want to get the new HTC One in your hands as soon as possible and are working hard to make that happen. We are currently manufacturing the new HTC One and arranging delivery dates with our US carrier and retail partners. When we originally announced the new HTC One, we communicated a March availability date but we unfortunately will not meet this date in the US. We now expect to roll out the new HTC One in North America before the end of April.
