個人分析如下:
1.通路(Telecom)的第一線人員銷售管理 -如何讓他們推薦HTC??
2.多機種卻單一通路販賣,非單機種多通路同時銷售===造成RD人員重工,Android upgrate忙碌,
致使零件選用單一化(延用5年前 Vendor),RD不敢創新,,因為RD的KPI是"期限內project達交"非創新及Cost down及performance提升".也因為單一化的 Vendor--Cost down,創新,performance提升難.
3.每年的機王代表作規格及feature就是差一點
