HTC保固~~~唉~~~

我用兩隻 HTC 智慧型手機~

也恰巧的兩隻不同型號的手機都壞在同樣的地方..相機功能...

他們有派人來我們公司領取需要維修的機子~

大概修了第四天就到我手上..也是派人拿給我~

之後還有打電話詢問使用狀況如何....

說真的服務態度還不錯啊~~~~~給讚!!!

恩恩~我後來看了一下....

目前只限定某特定國家,才有提供服務....
例如美國買的 可以到加拿大Apple Store ..

目前亞太區,都沒有提供這樣的服務....
關鍵字"客製化機"

可能是國外電信商整批訂購的
你應該去找原購買電信商或店家

這種手機單價一定較市面上低很多
HTC 再幫你做保固 那就是佛心來著
我比較想問的是,HTC有全球保固嗎?
如果沒有要跟您收錢那也是合情合理啊!

例如:iPhone也是沒全球保固的!您到可以問問看去香港、美國...等地,搶先嚐鮮買回來的iPhone壞掉了台灣要怎麼處理!

推出新手機就會無限重啟?

Apple的東西MB MBP IPAD IPOD ...等等都有全球保,但iPhone沒有。

客製手機應該有跟當地系統商簽訂保固條款吧?因為當地為系統商客製化的款式,樓主搭配該系統商應該省很多吧?所以台灣無法保固內維修是正常的吧?應該是說所謂的保固是針對當地客製的系統商給消費者保固,再由系統商轉給製造商吧?總不能要求要去國外買便宜的,但卻要求回到所屬國家後要求跟所屬國家一模一樣的保固吧?!這樣有點強人所難耶!!
