當然是要重新刷啊！
1. 解zip (rom file)將boot.img取出放入跟fastboot同一個目錄下.
2. Reboot手機進入HBBOOT, 進入boot bunder.
3. 用recovery mode 來做 factory reset
4. PC這端一定輸入
4a. Fastboot flash recovery recover.img
4b. Fastboot flash boot boot.img
4c. 進入recovery,安裝zip (rom file)
5. 完成後reboot
我想,問題應該是boot.img,你刷V1.0.6前要確認取出boot.img放入fastboot的同一目錄內,刷完後建議做一次factory reset,然後要刷BOA rom前再取出BOA內的boot.img再放入fastboot的同一目錄內取代原來V1.0.6的boot.img,我就是一這樣的步驟到現在都沒問題喔,給你參考看看.
