下載上面付的檔案 (unread-signed.apk), 丟到sd卡上面..
我是用ASTRO File Manager安裝..
然後就跟擺widget (SMS Unread Count)到桌面上一樣的方法啦
有三個function可以選 (Dialer, mail, and Message)
記得要點 Hide Icon Label
擺到桌面後再用Launcher Pro Plus resize的function調到你要的大小就ok啦
這個apk裡面的default icon就是跟他的圖示一樣 (Phone, text, and Mail)

呵呵..小的試著把原作的instruction解釋一下囉
首先, 用winrar把附的apk檔打開 (不要解壓縮, mac 用戶的話請試用"betterzip")
在視窗裡面找一個目錄叫 "res".裡面有個叫"hdpi"的檔案夾, 裡面有三個原生的icon (phone, mail, sms)
把你要的icon改成一樣的名稱, 丟進res下面hdpi folder去取代原有的檔案 (ic_launcher_phone, ic_launcher_mail, and ic_launcher_smsmms)
儲存, 關閉視窗後,.接下來要resign這個apk. 作者建議使用 testsign.jar.
Resign完成之後就可以擺到sd卡內..安裝 執行..就完成囉

Open the apk with winrar, in the folder "res" there is a folder hdpi there are the icons. Now replace these icons with your own ,just drag them in that folder within winrar, keep the names the same. Close your winrar window and sign your apk with testsign.jar (search the forums on how to sign).
Install.
