Kindly note that the update to Android 6.0 Marshmallow has already started rolling out to HTC One E9+ Dual SIM devices.
In general, once the new update is available for your phone, it will be delivered to your phone through an over-the-air (OTA) process and you should receive a notification indicating the update is available download.
However, you can check for it manually by connecting your phone to a Wifi network and check from: settings>about> software updates> check now.
