小弟最近在觀望Pixel watch ，現在手上正使用台哥大NFC sim悠遊卡，看了一下介紹LTE版需要e sim，但印象中台哥大e sim是用“升級”的，等於如果要使用LTE版就要捨棄NFC sim嗎，還是有可以保留手機實體sim卡又兼顧手錶網路的方案嗎
