Nexus 4重新上架，但很多訂單被取消，為何？

Nexus 4重新上架，但許多人用美國國外的信用卡都被取消訂單，Google給的理由是：
Google Inc. has cancelled your order. You have not been charged.
This order was likely canceled for one of the following reasons:
Details provided for your credit card do not match those on-file with your financial institution.
The address information provided was incomplete and could not be verified.
To block an attempt to purchase more than the maximum allowable devices.

所以他們開始審查Wallet上的美國地址跟你信用卡銀行提供的地址是否相符？你遇到被取消訂單？

還好，我在12月初買的時候還沒有這麼嚴格！但好像從12月15日就開始改變信用卡政策了！
