Changes
- hotplugx: hotplug with earlysuspend force offline of cpu1, however,
it has the ability to online cpu1 while suspended if load is super
high
- Surgically cleaned/modified the OPP table for better power efficiency,
which also undervolted the 1.35ghz a bit more as a side effect.
- Discovered and fixed an OMAP4 bug where IVA device is stuck at
highest frequency until it gets used.
- armv7 cache fix from mainline Linux 3.3
- Some ASoC DSP updates from android-omap
- Some Input evdev driver updates from android-omap
- Added more error checking to lkflash
- Smartreflex and OMAP4 PM updates from ti omap source.
