哪裏買較便宜？要看你住哪裏。你如果住美國，你可以向官網買空機（不過聽說最近官網可能停止販售，而改向電信業者合作販售），運費全免，但要加上你所住的州的稅率。或者你可以和 Tmobile 或 AT&T 綁約，這樣的情況會買到比較便宜的手機，但每個月的 Plan 費用會比你買空機再直接向電信者買 Plan 稍稍貴一點。
你如果不住美國，你可以找人代購或至 J&R Music and Computer World 購買空機。J&R 可以寄到全世界，但空機要價 650 鎂，比官網貴了許多。
你如果預算不多，去大陸買山寨機也是不錯的選擇。
If you're in Taiwan and have no connections overseas, then the cheapest way is probably to get one from Hong Kong or through an auction site. HK is only an hour away and a round-trip ticket costs no more than NT$6000. Book a hotel room and take a weekend trip to reward yourself of all the hard work and abuse you went through at work or at school. Think of it as a mini excursion and enjoy some great destressing in a fine establishment on the other side of the shore. Macau, home to some of the finest casinos this side of the Pacific, is also just a ferry ride away!

Don't be so sure about that, this is Mobile01 and a lot of us can speak pretty good English
so like the guy above mentioned if you are in the state, then order it from their site with/without the 2yrs contract else you might wanna go get one from HK. That's probably the only options you have I believe.
btw maybe you should provide us more info about your status, such as where you are and how much you are willing to spend...some other info so we can give you other suggestions.
