ACER liquid once again update the ROM

The updated ROM is Acer_Liquid_2.000.03_AAP_GEN2_41679ce8ebb7ae4ecec523bf5fd34cce.bin.
ROM contains Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English.
No operator custom program.
