想要網路上預約維修，結果全台北都沒有可以預約的時間。只好親自跑去公司附近的Studio A。
跑去 Studio A，負責維修的妹妹 問我拿發票，但我沒有發票，說沒有發票的話，要收300塊檢測費用。另外我告訴她，部分 Smart Keyboard 有瑕疵，原廠有提供額外兩年 總共3年的延長保固。她很篤定的告訴我，官網有說才算。網路上其他的資訊都不算。而且有這樣的事情，店長一定會跟他們說。從我進去到出來，店裡面一個客戶都沒有喔。
我想說，既然沒有發票，官網也真的沒有公佈，也不好為難人家，所以就離開了。
後來朋友的勸說下，去101的蘋果旗艦店碰一下運氣。現場登記了維修，等了快半個小時。負責維修的人員跑來，很快的將鍵盤底已經很難辨認的序號找出來，確認屬於有被延長三年保固的那一批smart keyboard，再從後面找出一個整新品，給我裝上測試沒問題後，在她的機器上輸入了維修保固的資料，再給我簽名。
我就快快樂樂的省了5000多塊將新的keyboard 帶回家了。這個整新品保固90天。
蘋果旗艦店的服務人員不但有禮貌、專業，而且還是非常有性格的正妹一名（數名），讓身為蘋果客戶的我感到非常愉快。
從iPhone 第一代到後面macbook iPad apple watch 買了無數個蘋果產品，以後，我還是在 Apple Store 或者 Apple 線上直接買好了，系統購買紀錄也完整。Studio A 這些經銷商好像沒什麼附加價值，又不是很友善，也就算了吧。
