我表示要退費,結果...蘋果的回應...

用了三年,第一次申請..

我用蘋果快三年了,結果他回我這樣...(我現在才知道,英文不好,要表達的意思會變..)

I found this APP does not apply to me and very difficult to use

如果Apple真的允諾台灣七天無條件退貨,這個方案應該只在台灣有效,就US Store的條款來說All sales are final,換句話說是不能退貨的,所以樓主是不是跟US Store打交道?

即使如此,其實US Store客服的選單中,如果軟體功能與宣稱不符,或是不小心買錯,其實客服還是會讓你退貨,但是假設他不讓你退,其實他們也不理虧,所以有些人一直說iTunes只要寫信就可以退貨並非事實,因為他們其實可以拒絕你退貨,讓你退是給你方便,消費者退貨的權利是操之在業者而沒有法律上的保障。
因為你的理由只是你不喜歡
不管是因為遊戲的設計還是介面都是一樣
這個部分比較主觀
所以可能是這樣而不能退
如果你是發現遊戲有BUG或者買來之後不能正常使用
退款應該都是沒問題

這樣來說他們會比較願意幫你
因為阿豆仔沒有因為不喜歡就給你退費的
除非你去商場買那才可以這樣退費
你在寫一次信去給他們
看會部會幫你申請退費
英文不好就寫中文吧, 聽說有會中文的客服.
還有, 請儘量有禮貌些. 客服也是人, 需要被尊重的.

你的英文, 我看到都想幫客服人員按讚 ...
我給你的建議也是請寫 你不小心按錯之類的

畢竟人都有眼殘的時候

這樣子得到退款的機會大很多

然後...

不是小弟 要抱怨...

您的英文我實在看得有點吃力

可否附上中文對照版本

畢竟這樣子外籍人士看不懂會找懂中文的人來解釋給他聽

說不定 他是曲解您的文詞內容而造成無法退費的情況

我認為,能夠退款甚至能無條件退款,
是為了幫助那些按錯或是有爭議的狀況可以取得補償
原意就不是讓人家來「試用」

如果大家都任意下載,用不慣就退掉,
這不知道會浪費多少傳輸和人力成本
評分和留言制度就沒有意義了
我個人是認為,消費者在購買一項產品時,本來就應該三思

因此,這次市府對Apple和Google的要求,我並不以為然
當然市府的出發點是好的,但是同樣的法令要來約束軟體產業是有欠缺的
而Apple願意配合當然很好,不過我不認為Apple會給7天「無條件」退款
不過只是把退款的功能做的明顯、好用一點罷了
基本上還是會經過審核,避免奧客

在我的認知中,樓主的行為就有點像奧客
當然我必須說,樓主很無辜、也很誠實,再好的app也未必符合所有人的需要
不過,像ComicKing這個算是比較多人推薦的app,就像網路上頗受好評的牛肉麵
若是我聽大家的建議跑去吃,卻發現這牛肉麵不合我的胃口,不過我卻不會要求退費
如果我要要求退費,也不會用「不合我胃口」、「不好吃」的理由
好歹也是「麵裡發現蟑螂」、「裡面的某調味讓我過敏,店家沒有註明」這類的疏失

像app store這樣描述很清楚、有評分制度又有評價回應
較知名的app在網路上都廣泛介紹,有些可能有youtube影片demo
甚至店家展示或朋友的iPad都有可能有這個app讓你試試看
消費者卻選擇錯誤,這不應該由店家來承擔才對


我想這樣譬喻,樓主應該可以了解為什麼退費申請不通過
