這句話是說，你只能選一個電信公司，AT&T或是Verizon，因為機器構造不同，只能二選一

這句話有可能鎖SIM卡，因為他說可以透過AT&T和Verizon的3G上網，沒有講到能不能透過其他公司的3G上網。

表示購入的是空機，沒有綁電信業者。
