應該是不小心按到 in app purchase

多了一筆 49.99 的費用 , 寫信給 itune support 道歉卻得到這種回覆

意思是說不能退嗎？

應該說整篇都和「退款」這件事完全無關。

我猜想八成是 Apple Store 的人看不懂你發過去的請求。

I've purchased "Star Wars: Imperial Academy" from iTunes Store as birthday gift for my boy. I'm not aware that this app contains In-App-Purchased contents until I got the bill. It seemed that my son had spent $49.99 through the In-App-Purchase. I've talked with him and he had promised that he won't do it again. May I ask for a refund of that $49.99 from you, or should I contact the developer company ?

話說, 只要是正常的, 而且時效內應該可以退款, 我之前剛退了一個APP, $1.99, 申請的時候有個不小心點錯的選項

我二話不說就選這個, 最後有順利退成功, 過程中APPLE 發過兩三次的通知信件, 都是不用回覆的, 只是要通知我訊息進度而已, 樓主可能寫中文申請退款吧 @@! 我是寫著簡單的英文一兩句話而已, 樓上大大有幫你做了很讚的範本, 你就看看吧 ^++^

PS: 自從我用過那個不小心點錯的理由後....itunes 某次更新後, 購買APP的時候居然會多一個確認訊息.... orz

看來以後這理由不太能過了~~~

我有退過In-App Purchase喔~

我是這樣寫的
"I received "Pocket Frogs" purchases payment on my orders bills, MT73VJ9NN, MT73TG705 and MT73TFKST, which purchased by my 6-years old doughter. These purchases are Pocket Frog Premium Stamp Pack ($29.99), Pocket Frog Starter Potion Pack($0.99) *2 , Pocket Frog Express Mailbox ($4.99), Pocket Frog Value Stamp Pack ($4.99)*2, and Pocket Frog Babyproof Kit ($4.99), total $52.93. I never use those items, and I want to retune them. It was bought by a mistake.
Additionally, same thing happens in another purchase " Fun Camera" ($1.99),too, in my order of MT73TG705. I want to return "搞笑相機 Fun Camera" if it's possible.

除了In-APP purchase，連買錯的APP都一起退了

APPLE一天之內就回覆了，除了退款也告訴我要怎樣鎖住In-APP Purchase

If you would like to prevent in-app purchases from being made in the future, you can block them on your iOS device. Follow these steps:
1) Tap Settings on your device's home screen.

2) Tap General.

3) Tap Restrictions.

4) If necessary, tap Enable Restrictions and enter a passcode. This passcode will prevent restrictions from being disabled without your permission.

5) Scroll down to the Allowed Content section. Switch the In-App Purchases option to OFF. Enter your Restrictions passcode if prompted.

剛剛又收到一封信

I have reversed the charge for this in app purchase, which I understand was
unintentional. In three to five business days, a credit of $49.99 should be posted
to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase.

Please note that this is a one-time exception, as the App Store Terms and Conditions
state that all sales are final.

應該是可以退掉了吧

趕快把 in app purchase 關掉 , 要不然又被小朋友按到

那奉勸樓主千萬別抓藍色小精靈...

帳務作業需要一星期，然後銀行回報帳務資料給使用者大概又需要三天到五天左右，
總之下個月你就應開可以看到一筆 -$49.99 的請款記錄。
請注意銀行不會直接把錢退回你的帳戶，
這筆負的請款記錄會用來扣抵你的消費，扣光為止。
