基本上大部分的東西都和iPad WiFi版本差不多。iPad 3G+WiFi版本左側多了SIM卡槽，SIM卡是原本就付在裡面，想上網可以馬上申請，不用跑去AT&T門市。
由於有SIM卡槽，說明書當中多了一個退卡的針。然後上方有一個黑色的塑膠區塊，用來加強收訊，或是說減低金屬干擾。重量差異不大。
