小弟下個月就要跑櫻花初馬了.因為實在沒空練習...只有六日找一天來跑LSD..總共三個星期跑了三次21,22,27,都是一大早配一條SNICKERS咖啡力棒.但總是在最後有點喘不過氣來..腳沒抽筋..ITB還沒發做..但一停下來就有掰咖+ITB 大腿酸痛...請問..現在離櫻花馬(3/9)還要繼續再加長里練習(30KM)還是這樣就夠了?另外山地馬都沒練是不是會更早撞牆?謝謝!
