先來首音樂-媽媽 好聽的音樂 多聽也不膩
作美味健康活力早餐 三個要領 烹 調 時間 拿捏恰到好處 過與不及都不好 事情過頭就焦了 時後不到 強求了
兩個原則也不能忽略 新鮮與食材搭配 所謂色香味俱全 光有好的手藝 沒好的食材 也白搭
當然 一個堅持 愛 細心製作的早餐 將心中的愛 貫穿全部的精髓
美味健康活力的早餐食材
堅果吐司一片 土雞蛋 富士蘋果 有機大番茄 美國生菜 橄欖油奶油 起司 A+香濃醇鮮奶 Godiva可可粉
以及後面一排當背景的白 紅酒 福特加
番茄的挑選 外表色澤均勻 捏掐有彈性 這是好番茄 切開絕對表裡如一 鮮嫩多汁酸甜恰到好
吐司抹奶油再烤的好處是 吐司不易乾澀 也有奶油的芬芳
奶油抹好後 放上一片軟硬適中 香濃醇郁的莫恩斯特乾乳酪
放入烤箱 調250度 5分鐘 -8 分鐘 若是有風扇的烤箱 時間要短些些
番茄切好 生菜擺盤 吐司送入烤箱後 再來早餐的重點- 調製一杯風味絕佳的可可熱鮮奶
我推薦 好市多的A+鮮奶 以及Godiva 可可粉 這兩樣的組合 是絕配 目前為止 喝過最滿意的
或許你會問 難道 台灣鮮奶難道不好? 一般超市賣的可可粉不好?
我必須很誠懇的回答 - 是的! 一點都不好
要做一杯愛心可可鮮奶 這食材挑選 得講就 可不能馬虎
OK! 將濃郁香醇的A+鮮奶 倒入鋼杯 放在瓦斯爐上 轉小火 插入溫度計
牛奶與可可搭配最佳溫度是60度 待溫度約60度 要馬上起爐
這時 時間已過約5分鐘 要留意愛心吐司 可別烤焦了 也別忘了 鍋子裡的荷包蛋
起爐後 打開Godiva 約兩茶匙的可可粉加入鮮奶 倒入杯子輕輕攪拌
荷包蛋放在土司上 生菓周圍擺盤 製作時間約7分鐘 完成的愛心早餐
咳-- 好像有網友皺眉 滿腦問號 - 這樣子.... 好吃嗎?
別懷疑 絕對好吃 不信 妳跟我一樣 做好了 端給媽媽吃 問她一下 - 好不好吃呀?!
