I am interested to purchase the LX100, would even be consider the Leica equivalent. My question is pertaining to the 4k recording.
1. How long of a clip you can take with 4k on LX100, 15 minutes? or Longer
2. If you use a U1/2 class SD card, at 4k recording, how many minutes can you record? Can some owner shares this? Of course the card if fully formatted and empty to begin with.
3. I am interested to learn more about 4K recording. What kind of software do I need to be able to do some simple video editing? Or books (in Chinese is fine that I can get myself started?)

1. Yes, 15 mins with 4k format a clip OR 30 mins(or file size over 4gb) with AVCHD format.
2. For 16GB SD card, it's abt 20 mins with 4k, 75 mins with FHD/28M, btw, UHS Class 3 is recommended.
3. You may choose PowerDirecor or VideoStudio with the latest version as your foundation learning.

1. These two software are both paid software and for WINDOWS only, you may download trial versions from their official site in advance so that you can make your choice easily after trial period.
2. You could pay them by your own debit or credit card via internet.
3. "Final Cut Pro X"(Paid) & "iMovie"(Would be free if you have a newer IOS device) are recommended if using mac, cheers.
