Canon 17-40L or Sigma 14-24 ii

I am a student. Later, I spend my holiday to go to beijing.
I want to shoot some great landscape.
Whick lens is prefer?
As the budget is limited,I cant afford 16-35L
Sigma got the 12mm but it cant put the cpl filter on.
Canon's one has a better coating.
I have 24-105L already, is it better to have sigma in order to cover the wide range shots?

I don't see which Body you are using, I guess APS-C

Since you have 24-105 F4L, I don't recommend you get 17-40 F4L

You might look for Canon EF-s 10-22mm

I had both Sigma 12-24 and EFs 10-22, I decided to keep the 10-22.
