ATT first gave me an broken SIM card and keep telling me that it was my cell phone problem. But, why only the new sim card cannot work? Even the slasesman's card work cool..
Then, they gave me a new sim card..ye..it works cool. But, the question came with "internet".
The setting still keep the old one in TW. So, I need to call them again to "send me a package" to open my internet. Wow....
Then, because I bought a sim card from ATT. So, they auto to change my MLIFE to $39.99 for 350 anytime + unlimited N & WD...what the...I sign a contract for $39.99 550 min. + unlimited. So, I called again...damn...why American just stupid....I miss the stores in TW....and they give you so many accessories.....
Funny, since I been States, I keep fighting with customer service. Cell phone, Insurance...wow....poor them. need to listen my BAD english..:P

And the emode is so slow..don't know why...I feel Sprint's internet is faster ( I used that in 2000).
About the plan....ATT is really !@#$.
I am not sure about why..my sis and bro got ATT last last week. They all got 550 min. anytime. Maybe different places. They are in Boston and I am in Orlando. Oh, also Oregan has different plan also....What the world it is....Miss TW......Cell
Oh, by the way...I go to attws.com...try orlando, boston and OR..there is not 39.99 for 1000 min.???? I think becasue different locations??? Or I need to call to get it??

Regarding to new 39.99/ 1000 min., you'd better call ATT to find out. It just came oout last week in Los Angles area. ATT is usually slow on updating website. You should be able to change rate plan without any problem. I don't think it's for S. Ca. only. Try call ATT asap.
