do you have to shut your phone off before you click "start download"??
because when you hold on the "hang up button" it will turn the phone on.
anything else might be the problem? PC?? PHONE?? CABLE?? PORT??

For chacking your com port, you need to go->Control Panel->System->Hardware->Device Manager->Ports (COM & LPT)->MAT USB-to Serial Bridge (COM?). The ? means your com port for the USB cable you using, you need to set it to com 1 for using you cable to do flashing.
