well... sorry for the late reply.. infra red.. umm well i am not quite sure.. but should be similar as the bluetooth.. as in bluetooth.. once the phone and the computer is connected . then u would see at least 5 folders in ur computer.. like.. sounds, pictures, themes.. others..
the thm file should go into the themes folders.. otherwise u won't be able to use it~
