機器可以接上TMC 裝置嗎 在USB PORT 上面嗎 ? 例如HOLUX 出的那種

它是透過 車充出來的5V 電源 USB 然後在接近去 TMC 配件 然後再接近去 GPS 的USB PORT .

cortinaglx Friday, September 24, 2010 1:00 PM Reply It is easy to add an external TMC reciver to YF International devices. Check the system info. page to see if it manufactured by YF International, or look for the YF logo in the top left hand corner of the display.
I contacted YF International and they told me ALL their devices are compatible with external TMC recivers. However, they refused to tell me any model which worked with them!! Or the pin connections required in the mini-USB socket.
Anyway, the plug on the TMC receiver should be set up with pin 4 (sense) as +5v. Most external TMC recivers have this pin grounded (including GNS FM9 and Royaltek RTA-2000). Thus pins are connected as follws in the mini-USB plug: Pin 1, +5v, Pin 2 Transmit data, Pin 3 Receive data, Pin 4 +5v, Pin 5 Ground.
Wayteq GPS devices are manufactured by YF International. Google for "Wayteg TMC Receiver" and you will find suitable devices (at a price). However, if you have basic soldering skills you can buy a device from eBay and solder the pins correctly. This is what I did and for USD10 I have a working TMC reciver: I bought a GNS FM9 and simply soldered a new USB plug, correctly wired. My device is 6", HD Display, PA06 motherboard.
