電腦出問題 求救~!!!!

顯示器 ati mobility radeon hd 4850
主機板 760GM P33
RAM 4G
Power CM g 450w

5 6年的電腦最近拿出來重灌 power剛換

開機都會有紅線一條一條的 然後開不了機 需要進到安全模式過一段時間 可正常開機 過沒多久就藍屏當機

小弟第一次重灌電腦 螢幕插內顯沒畫面 驅動程式都有裝(網路載下解壓縮丟C槽 對吧) 金手指也有拿起來擦 有時候開機沒逼聲 也沒畫面

求各位大大告訴我問題解決方法 要換的也可以說一下 只用來打lol的 感恩!!
