Suppose I work with the other 8 members on the same project, including
- A1,
- B1, B2, B3, (Dept B)
- C1, C2, C3, C4 (Dept C)
When I chat with A1 via Skype, I feel we need to invite B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3, and C4 (7 totally) into the chat, I know how to add their names one by one and it needs to take 7 times action.
However, is there any way I can setup a group B containing (B1, B2, B3) and another group C containing (C1, C2, C3, C4), and then I can invite the group B and C (2 times action) easily? Thanks.
