2.Download: https://storage.googleapis.com/moz-fx-normandy-prod-addons/extensions/hotfix-update-xpi-intermediate%40mozilla.com-1.0.2-signed.xpi (right mouse click & choose save - save to desktop)
3. Resize Firefox so it only takes up part of the screen.
4. Drag the downloaded xpi file into FireFox and accept the "Add" to FireFox.
Restart FireFox.
5. Delete the downloaded xpi file from your desktop.

剛在uBlock Origin技術支援網站找到
第二步驟那網址的下載檔案用另存新檔，或是開其他瀏覽器下載 (直接連不給安裝)
然後去附加元件->擴充套件，選"從檔案安裝附加元件"，安裝下載的那檔案就OK
其他步驟都沒做，我只安裝給的附加檔案，附加元件就回來
手動安裝IDM的檔案也都成功
