已經試過文字掃描的軟體和一些破解密碼的工具
線上轉檔也試過 最終還是搞不定
從pdf複製到網頁或是word 有些字都會亂碼
請各位大大 幫助一下小弟PDF

這還不算亂碼....只是錯誤有點多而已
這個PDF感覺像是掃圖經過OCR的，而且掃描的時候可能只有150dpi，解析度不夠OCR出來錯誤就很多....
重新OCR過，甚至轉存成圖檔，圖檔處理過後再OCR，結果應該會好很多
不處理直接用Acrobat OCR轉Word的結果:

......換一套OCR軟體應該能自動修正多空格這種問題
