請問有經驗的高手，

像這種情況要如何處理呢? 像我們一般人不懂防守的這處理不就好欺負了。

手機螢幕圖案自己換另外一張一次 orz

，另外一台電腦防毒軟體還給我自己關掉一次

電腦按睡眠了，沒動到自己會開
