Our Malware Research Center are currently working with Avira on this issue, which we hope will be resolved shortly.
As an interim measure, the Avira file can be added to Spyware Doctor's Global Action List to prevent further detections.
How to add a file to the Global Action List to be allowed:

1. Open Spyware Doctor
2. Click on the 'Settings' tab located on the left hand side of the window
3. Click on the 'Global Action List' sub-menu
4. Click the 'Add' button located below the list
5. From the drop-down menu under 'Select data type:' choose 'File on disk'
6. Under the 'Apply the action below to the following file:' box click on the '...' button on the right
7. Navigate to the file you wish to be allowed, select the file and click 'Open'
8. The path of the file you chose should be displayed
9. In the menu below 'When the item above is scanned, do the following:' make sure 'Always allow' is chosen
10. Click the 'Add' button
11. The file should now be displayed in the Global Action list with the 'Action' set to 'Allow'.
