這幾天發現用IE開hinet的xuite似乎都連不上，
弄了半天發現拿掉IPv6，用IPv4就好好的
測試了一下
www.xuite.net的
IPv4是210.61.56.39
IPv6是2001:b000:1c9:7600::d23d:3827
telnet 210.61.56.39 80 沒問題
但telnet 2001:b000:1c9:7600::d23d:3827 80就連不上
這是網站的IPv6掛了？

Xuite的IPv6可以連上啊，會不會是MTU設定或瀏覽器問題？
推測原po可能是用IE 11，IE 11載入Xuite網頁很慢、但將xuite.net加入相容性檢視還是可以開的，Google Chrome、Firefox正常。

他的port 80是能連上的
但www.xuite.net的IPv6 2001:b000:1c9:7600::d23d:3827

他的IPv6沒開http服務
IE其實也不是不能連，要等一會他才會轉用IPv4去連上
其他瀏覽器有的比較快，似乎是偵測IPv6連不上就改IPv4了。
我用win7的資源監視器觀察，
能連上都是跑IPv4 210.61.56.xx
而非跑IPv6

受影響的大概是整個掛在*.myweb.hinet.net的所有個人網頁。
難怪前陣子想說奇怪怎麼都連不上myweb下的網站，今天檢查一下才發現是這原因。
不過www.myweb.hinet.net沒有掛IPv6上去，所以用dualstack的就沒問題
