有人hotfile會員資格被Email告知取消的嗎！

請問！
有人是Hotfile的付費會員，之後因被Email告知
發現該異常多IP下載而被取消資格嗎？
我是買半年期的只用不到三個月，回Email 問清楚但卻都不回應！
請問規定中不是只認帳號，不看IP的嗎！
那白天在公司，晚上在家那IP不就多IP了嗎！
而且還不是會員時下載還比買了會員快。
我有別的下載空間會員，同樣情況沒被取消資格。

We are writing this letter to inform you that your Hotfile.com account premium status was removed due to detected suspicious activities, including but not limited to:

- Sharing premium account information
- Cheating Hotfile downloads
- Multiple IP downloads

All mentioned activities are in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
