有 用 PPPoE 撥接的那台 才要, 因為 固定IP 的 帳號格式 不一樣.
本服務均以PPPoE連線方式上網，會由帳號格式決定IP類型:
8(7)xxxxxxx@hinet.net 取得動態IP (原有帳號格式)
8(7)xxxxxxx@ip.hinet.net 取得固定IP 僅限一台電腦使用
