hotmail收不到信~急~求幫忙

公司的付費hotmail已二個月收不到日本客戶的信件
但其它歐美國家的客戶都收發正常
今日請日本客戶把退件訊息寄來
請有經驗的大大幫忙看看
是對方的伺服器問題~還是微軟的問題QQ
(郵件位址及IP位址已馬塞克處理)
