好像全世界，大多數（6-7成）的國家skype out手機、家用都是相同費率
在台灣，skype打給手機會那麼貴是因為怕影響手機營運商本身利益嗎？
那怎麼其他國家的手機營運商都不會擔心呢？

是啊，之前住國外想要找家人或者友人聊天時，都要先msn問問有沒有在家，有的話才打家用電話
手機打一分鐘家用可以打5-6分鐘，差很多
