一般來說, 除非你沒註冊到proxy, 而且你的ta放在nat後面, 還有你的nat是symmetric type. 你是不太需要去對nat或router做任何特殊的設定.
我是建議你還是找個免費的proxy註冊, 這樣最省事, 如果怕意外, 多找幾家proxy註冊, 要碰到這些server同時都掛掉的機率應該不高. 目前我是發現某些isp的用戶, 在部份時段, 註冊國外的proxy, 偶而會有問題!
關於費用, 如果彼此都有ta, 通話都是ip to ip, 當然是免費, 不要錢啦!
你提的那個網站, 我比較熟悉的產品, 你可以選新概念(Koncept)的Kta2110(ta)跟Ke2100(ip phone), Zinwell(兆赫) ZT 1000/1010, 或者是普萊德的(planet), 我是比較建議前兩者(其實三者的核心應該是差不多, 但前兩者幾乎是公版, 韌體較好找到, 普萊德的他們可能有做較多的客製, 我手上沒拿過他們量產機種, 不知會有啥問題)
至於其他的產品也不是說不好, 只是我提的這些機子是我可以掌握, 萬一碰到問題我比較幫的上忙, 其他的機型你可能得找你購買廠商來做support!
skype adapter幾乎九成以上都需要開電腦, 少數不需開的其實本身幾乎就是台電腦, 另外也都很貴! 不然你就只能選擇智邦那隻wifi phone或跟他類似的產品, 但這類的好像沒有可以跟傳統pstn整合的機種! 他的毛病似乎也不少, 站上的討論也很多, 你可去看看! skype phone的srvice就跟skype綁在一起, 你想換service門都沒有.
ta或ip phone設定其實跟設定rouer或ip分享器差不多, 就多填一個sip proxy的資料而已, 如果你有設過router的經驗, 應該不會太難.

Phone Number The telephone number assigned to the User Agent by
the SIP VoIP telephony service provider.
Display Name The name used in place of the Phone Number to identify
the device or user in ContactLists and other contact
indices. For the DPH-300, the display name is your 8-
digit mydlink number.
User Agent Port This selects the port number the router will listen to when
determining when calls are being made.
Authentication Name The Username used to access your SIP server and your
VoIP service provider.
Password The Password used to access your SIP server and your
VoIP service provider.
Retype Password Retype your password to confirm and click Apply.

PC.(拿網路線不插HUB的方式,直接一端插你的PC,另一端插你的DPH-300的WAN port)
• Set your PC to have a static IP address of 10.1.1.2 with a subnet mask of
255.0.0.0 and a default gateway of 10.1.1.1(PC端設固定IP為10.1.1.2,子網路遮罩為255.0.0.0,預設閘道為10.1.1.1)
• Switch the DPH-300 on(打開on開關)
• Open the web browser on your PC(開啟PC上的瀏覽器軟體)
• Type in the IP Address of the DPH-300 (網址打上==>http://10.1.1.1)
• Type admin in the User Name field(帳號:admin)
• Type admin in the Password field(密碼:admin)
• Click OK(按下OK)
後面再參考50頁的config教學,裡面應該有sip server設定的選項,不知道可不可以變更,如果可以麻煩通知一下!!
