problems with the eagletec cf bluetooth card

my devices are acer n10(wm2003),ericsson t68 and eagletec cf bluetooth card.when i usethese to connect to internet,it usually disconnects within two minites.and many other people who also use these devices,have this problem,too.
i use the latest version btw.
my god,what can i do? is it necessary to upgrade the firmware of the card
