在下一直都是推薦Venomous X加上ADDA 2500RPM PWM風扇
因為空冷之中，效能與安靜幾乎是無法並存
所以搭配PWM風扇，待機閒置時，就能很安靜~~
而這次利民推出的HR-02，
直接強調了可以無風扇以及靜音這兩特點
馬上來做些測試證實一下~~
